What Started Drive
It didn’t start in a studio.
It started after a long day of being tired, frustrated, and a little pissed off.
I took that feeling and put it into a song called Pour Gasoline.
That was the first spark.
I wasn’t trying to make an album at that point.
I was just getting something out that had been building for a while.
But once that track was there, everything else started to connect.
One song turned into another.
Then another.
And before I knew it, Drive wasn’t just a track anymore, it was a direction.
That’s what lit the match.
